As a Receptionist, Denise Lavoie is often the first contact clients, vendors and staff have with ACG.  She coordinates phone calls, greets guests, and manages the flow of traffic in the office. Denise also processes mail and checks and assists the rest of the office with work as needed.

Denise possesses superior customer service skills, limitless patience, a flexible and adaptable nature, strong communication skills and a sincere interest in the welfare of others which make her an asset. She is also a member of Executive Women International.

Prior to moving to Richmond, Denise worked as a junior editor for Harcourt Brace and William Morrow & Co. After moving to Richmond she worked in the financial services industry as Associate Vice President with Trust Consulting Services at Bank of America. Denise then enjoyed nine energizing and fulfilling years with Westminster Canterbury Richmond in Support Services and Sales and Marketing.
