Wealth Management Associate

ACG Wealth Management is hiring a Wealth Management Associate. ACG Wealth Management is a privately held and independent wealth management firm based in Richmond, Virginia. We are a boutique firm with global reach, bringing expertise in investment management, qualified plans, tax strategy, and TPA services. As a seasoned team of creative thinkers, analytical doers, and action-driven experts, we specialize in the complexity of modern wealth management. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the investment management team, assist with ongoing and ad-hoc projects and reporting

• Coordinate the management of client portfolios and related client service requests with members of the advisory team

• Assist team members and clients gather and organize financial data for analysis

• Participate in investment due diligence

• Provide support for client meetings and business development activities

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work well with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing, high-performance environment

• Demonstrate a passion for investing with some basic knowledge of investments or financial planning

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Capabilities to learn and use technology

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail

• Currently have or willing to obtain the Series 65 license within six months of hire

• Salary commensurate with experience

Preferred:

• Four-year degree in finance, economics, accounting, investment management, or equivalent

• 1 to 4 years of relevant work in financial services
